1. Hominization - ヒト化

Hominization集団レベルでは、繁殖戦略・雑種形成と生殖隔離・種内変異に興味を持っており、行動観察と分子レベルとの統合を目指します。ゾウ・チンパンジー・テナガザルを対象とした、比較ゲノムの探索を開始しました。下記の病理人類学と関連し、サルの疾病を調べ、モデル化の検討もしています。これまで、細胞レベルを中心とした、加齢、癌化、ゲノム安定性等についても研究してきました。
