Obtaining student ID and orientation documents
Graduate school of science cancelled orientation sessions for new students and students proceeding to the Doctoral course after Master's within the department. You can instead obtain your student ID and relevant documents as follows:
Distribution of documents
You can obtain student ID and documents either at the laboratory or at the Science Building 2 office depending on where you belong from this April.
- Those belonging at a laboratory in Science Building 1, 2, 3, or 7
- Obtain them from your supervisor at the laboratory on April 1st
- Others
- Obtain them at the Science Building 2 office on April 1st at the designated time window:
- Master course students: 10:00-14:00
- Doctoral course students:14:00-15:00
Notes
- Practice preventative measures such as hand-washing, hand-sanitizing, and wearing a mask
- In case you have a fever or other symptoms of having cold, contact us, do not come to the campus, and stay rested.
