Here are some tips for how to register for 2014 ICN / JSCPB in Sapporo. Please read this page carefully, and then login for registration. Once registered for the Congress, you may logout, and later login for hotel reservation or abstract submission.
Key dates
- Abstract submission and early bird registration are now closed.
- June 27, noon JST:Last day for online registration. You may register at the venue during the congress.
Registration, payment and transaction
- Please register for the congress today. Note that you are requested to pay the registration fee by credit card at the time of registration. Contact icn2014@gmt.jtb.jp, if you have difficulties in payment of registration fee by credit card.
- Once registered for the congress, an automatically generated e-mail will inform you of your Registration ID. Please keep it, as you will need it for abstract submission and hotel reservations Your password for registration is also required for hotel reservations.
- Abstract submission requires no additional charge.
Cancellation policy for registration and banquet fees
- All payments are refundable at 100% before May 8, at 5 pm submitter's local time. No refund will be made after this date.

- If you have applied for membership by July 1st, you may register for the congress as an ISN or JSCPB member.
- Accompanying persons (family members of registrants) may attend the congress and join all events of the meeting at a fee of JPY 4,000 per person. Students / post-docs do not count as family members.
- Registration fee does not include meal and accommodation costs.
Banquet
- We invite all congress participants to Sapporo Beer Garden for pilsner-type draft beer and gorgeous lamb BBQ. The all-you-can-drink-and-eat banquet is supported by generous donations and offered at a deep discount rate of JPY 1,000 per person!
