Registration / Abstract submission

Registered attendees can submit abstracts by the Registration ID that you received when you registered. Please read this page carefully, and login here.

Key dates

  • Abstract submission is closed.

Abstract submission

  • Each registered attendee may submit only one abstract, but may also serve as a co-author on an unlimited number of abstracts submitted by other registered attendees. Only registered attendees may serve as poster presenters.
  • For each Poster contribution, abstract of up to 200 words of body text will be accepted, excluding the title, the authors’names and the affiliations.
  • We encourage you not to abbreviate your affiliation for your registration; e.g., please use “Massachusetts Institute of Technology” instead of “MIT”.
  • Submitted abstracts will not be peer-reviewed for acceptance. However, we reserve the right to request some revisions if necessary.
  • Please sign up if you wish to have your poster considered for an oral presentation in one of the Participant Symposia. Selections will be announced in June by the program committee.
  • Those invited as speakers in Invited Symposia or as Plenary Lecturers are also expected to submit abstracts (up to 200 words).

Online program / abstract system and digital program file

  • The registered participants will be able to login to the registration system and access a searchable on-line program/abstract system (called Kcon-navi system) a few weeks before the congress. You will be able to use it in the congress venue as well by using your mobile device or personal computers (Android/iOS/MacOS/Windows). A digital program file in a PDF format will also be available for download in the registration system.

Posters and oral presentation

  • A wide poster board (1800mm x 1500mm) will be prepared for each poster. Pins will be provided. Velcro and adhesive tape are not suitable.
  • Oral presenters are expected to use their own computers (Windows or Mac) for video projections.
