Aim and scope
Neuroethology, a branch of science that seeks to understand the neural basis of natural animal behavior, is a developing field in Asian countries. This school provides an opportunity for senior Ph.D. students and post-doctoral fellows in the Asia-Pacific region to acquire experimental skills and knowledge on neuroethology from basics to advanced topics. Outstanding leading scientists give lectures and lab courses in the fields of neurobiology and neuroethology of insects, birds and primates. The participants will also attend a joint workshop (title, TBA) with the Japanese Society of Social Psychology as an advanced course.
