Symposium Sessions

Time Constraints

　Presentations scheduled in the symposium are limited to 30 min/speaker, and each talk basically consists of 25min talk +5min discussion. This, however, may be modified according to the session chair to 20min talk+5min commentary+5min discussion. Contact your chair for details.

Preparing for Presentations

　Authors should prepare presentation (computer projection only; movies should be prepared in your computer) and bring your note PC/Mac/iPad with you. If you are a Mac/iPad user, REMEMBER to bring your adaptors for Mac/iPad with you.Contact secretariat if you need help.

Oral Sessions

Time Constraints

　Oral presentations scheduled in the oral sessions are limited to 10 minutes for talk and five minutes for discussion.

Poster Sessions

Poster Dimensions

　Authors scheduled in poster sessions are assigned poster board space (0.9 m x 2.4 m) for displaying illustrative material (graphs, charts, and tables). Posters cannot exceed these dimensions.
　Note that 2.4m materials placed at far higher than the eye level or at the foot level are difficult to see. We suggest that you follow the example shown below (0.8m x 1.2m), but all the formats that fit the dimension of the poster board are welcomed.
　Put your poster in the morning of November 7 and remove it in the afternoon of November 8. The poster presenters are expected to present during the lunch/poser session time (12:00~2:00 P.M.) of Nov 7 (odd numbers) and of Nov 8 (even numbers).

Network Service

Wireless network service is available at IIRC. SSID:iirc-hall. The password will be provided at the registration desk. Be careful not to give the password information to others.

AC Power Supply

Limited number of AC power supply (100V) is available on the tables or the floors. Therefore, make sure that your PC/Mac/iPad is fully charged before you leave your hotels. The AC power supply for the speakers is available at the platform in the hall.
